Frequently Asked Questions about AuraVera boutique personalised perfumery.

What is your refund policy?

We are completely confident that you will love the perfumes we send you. If, at any time, you decide you are not 100% happy with them, just reply to the invoice email and let us know. We will return your money in full, with no questions asked—and you can keep the perfumes.

How quickly will I receive a refund?

All refunds will take between three to five working days to reflect.

If I want to return my order to AuraVera, how do I do this? 

If you receive a product that is different to the one you ordered or if you’d like to return it, let us know within 48 hours of receiving it and we’ll make arrangements for the perfumes to be returned to us and for the correct perfumes to be delivered to you as soon as possible. 

What if I feel the perfume isn’t quite right?

If the perfume received is faulty, we need to be notified within 48 hours of receiving it and we’ll arrange for the faulty item to be returned to us. We will without hesitation offer you a replacement or a refund. 

What do you do with my data?

How long will my delivery take? 

Please allow 5 working days for your delivery. Art takes time!

Our deliveries will take place until 8pm from Monday to Friday.

We will, however, try our best to prioritise business deliveries according to standard business hours.

If our drivers need to get to another door of your choice, we may charge an additional delivery fee and it may take us a little longer to get there.

We unfortunately can't guarantee delivery times.

Must I personally sign for my delivery?

Unfortunately, we can’t leave deliveries unattended.  We will, however, try our best to deliver at reception, receiving or security.

What if I’ve provided an incorrect address or if I change my mind?

Although seldom charged, we do reserve the right to charge a 15% handling fee plus delivery should the address provided be incorrect, you changed your mind and wish to cancel when the delivery already left our warehouse or if you, the recipient, already needs to exchange the item for something else. 

If we have to reattempt your delivery more than twice, we may charge you a handling fee of 15% plus delivery.

Do you charge VAT? 

All our prices are already inclusive of VAT. However, a delivery fee of xx will be added on during checkout. All prices are subject to change and are valid while stocks last.

Will I be asked to identify myself?

We reserve the right to ask you to send through a copy of your I.D and credit card. We might need to make sure that nobody’s stolen your identity.
